Hello, my name is Adam. I’m glad you’re here and checking us out. I’m proud of our company and what we’ve achieved so far. This is a bit of a story about who we are and why we do what we do.
I started this company because I saw a real need for good, reliable tradespeople. Under my previous boss, I worked hard to keep my standards at their highest level.
But I would hear many of my friends tell me stories about their current projects and the tradespeople they have on their sites. They were unreliable, would turn up late, leave early, do sub-standard work and charge a fortune.
Common complaints would be: “I wish they would at least flick me a text”, “I waited six weeks with no contact only to find they’d forgotten to order my materials and we have to wait another two weeks” and “The bill was twice their estimate!”. I knew I could do way better than that, so I took the plunge.
With the full support of my beautiful wife Rachel and our two kids Oscar and Emerson, I started Napier Electric Company with strong values in doing a good job, keeping high the value of our time spent on site, working clean and doing a tidy job and most of all: communication, communication, communication.
What we’re doing is working and we now have many loyal customers. We have grown since starting out as a one-man-band company, and we still love getting out there and doing great work.
Our staff are well trained and we maintain our good communication values within the company and reward our tradies when they do great work.
