So much so that Napier Electric Company is expanding to keep up with demand. We need fun loving, hardworking, salt-of-the-earth sparkies, HVAC techs and apprentices to join our tight-knit team and we’re willing to comb NZ to find the best-of-the-best.

Napier Electric Company is an established electrical firm in Hawke’s Bay known for high standards and friendly service. We do things right the first time. We have a strong and loyal client base and we handle everything electrical in the commercial and high-end residential spaces. We also install heat pumps, solar, we are the preferred installers of EVNEX car chargers and we have our own earthworks division.

We look after our team like family and encourage everyone to keep their skills up to date and progress their careers. Just some of the training we have provided and are providing are: heat pump, solar, working at heights, inspector and hydronic underfloor courses. If you have drive and a direction you want to head, we’ll get behind you.

Work-life balance is important to us, therefore we don’t take on weekend or on-call work.
